Hi Rick--
All the "Cuban" Eights are done on their side, like the infinity symbol.
So a half cuban, start out straight and level, pull up through a 5/8ths
loop. At the 5/8ths point, do a short straight line (you will be
inverted and on a 45 degree downline), then do a half roll to upright,
continue that straight 45 degree downline a bit, then pull up to level.
Much easier to do than to say. A reverse half cuban eight, pull up to a
45 degree angle, climb up for a while, 1/2 roll to inverted, continued
to 45 degree line for a bit, then pull a loop so you come back up around
straight and level.
How is the weather over on the wet side? Great weather day today, but I
had to work. Tomorrow morning should be good, but the weather girl says
increasing winds Sat afternoon with worse on Sunday. We will see....
