Bah Humbug,
Thank you, John, for giving me a break about being an a Geezer just yet.
Though I'm probably gimpier that most geezers, Social Security and the Fed
won't yet qualify me as a Geezer. Go figure????
Still haven't got my transmitter back. Somebody whether Hobby Services,
UPS, or USPS screwed up. The invoice says it was shipped last Tuesday and I
ordered second day delivery which technically was up Thursday and certainly
no later than Friday. Still no transmitter, grumble, growl,
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Gonna get after someone Monday an raise some
Caine, hear that Able (and Fred)!!!!!! Should get my Excelleron pattern
plane finished up this weekend except for the transmitter setup,
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad somebody had some good flying yesterday, Steve, and congratulations on
getting that Webra of yours back up to par and you got some good flying in
on the Focus. Not that your a glutton for punishment any more than the rest
of us, but what about the backup engine for the Focus that you couldn't get
running right. Forget that comment, just sour grapes on my part about not
getting my transmitter back. Who needs more beating trying to get a balky
backup engine running when the primary works just fine, right? Anyway,
congrats on getting the Focus shipshape. Planning on flying any pattern
events this year? Come fly sportsman again with Doc Batayola and I just to
get back in the groove. Just kidding, grins and chuckles. We don't need
the competition, ha, ha.
Craig
