Steve,

I tried to fly yesterday and today, was at the field before 8AM both days. The
wind was across the runway and cold. I don't think the weather will ever improve
around here!

Linda and I loaded up yesterday (Saturday)and headed for the field. Wind was
pretty calm here in Kennewick.

Got to the field about 11am. Stepped out of the rig to open the gate, and
almost ripped the door off. Wind was cross runway from the north. We decided to
get a couple of flights in anyway. Unloaded the gear, and discovered I hadn't
loaded the wings at home. Oh well, just the little time out there in the breeze
and my hands were cold and that wind was cutting through the coat.

This morning, I am ready to try again. Forecast is for light & variable, but the
Hanford telemetry tells the story. Windchill 32.7, gusts to 17......
